HUADING LZ type flexible pin coupling is made of the outer edge of the two half couplings and the inner edge of the outer sleeve to make a semicircular groove with the same radius, and a pin is embedded in the middle pin hole.

The LZ type flexible pin coupling is made of the outer edge of the two half couplings and the inner edge of the outer sleeve to make a semicircular groove with the same radius, and a pin is embedded in the middle pin hole.
When working, the half-coupling of the driving shaft drives the outer sleeve through the pin, and the outer sleeve drives the driven half-coupling to rotate through the pin to transmit torque.

Features:

● Transmission torque is ample. At the same torque, most of the rotary diameters are smaller than the gear couplings, small size and lightweight, it can partially replace the gear couplings;

● Compared with the gear coupling, the structure is simple, has fewer components, manufacturing is more convenient, and doesn’t need a gear machining machine;

● Easy maintenance, longer life, only remove the baffle to replace the nylon pin.

● Nylon pins are self-lubricating material, without lubrication, they not only save oil but also clean the work environment;
